DAY FOUR: Blood Blisters

hahaaaa... now it's just turning into a joke, isn't it?

More drumming! It seriously sounds great, it's just a whole lotta work that I wasn't expecting.
Tonight we worked on "What Love Is", "Pale Green", "Something Real" & our new song, "The Mediator". We also worked on getting me some pretty nasty blood blisters on my hands. Ed says, "Man, it's from playing so hard and so well", and I say, "No, it's just from holding the sticks wrong". It's really too bad Steve wasn't there because he'd probably be all like, "Let me put some DQ dipped cone on those aching blood blisters of yours, Andrew".

"The Mediator" is a cross between RHCP & maybe a bit of "That Striped Dress" kind of Maroon 5ish feel. It's about an abusive father and talks about how things like that sometimes go unnoticed and there is no one to mediate the fights. But ya, you'll have to hear for yourselves.

Tomorrow & Friday we are working on more drums - should probably be done by next Monday, the 25th.
